Apply your favorite oil or moisturizer to a clean face. While holding the stone at a 15-degree angle (almost flat against the face), use light to medium pressure and work in upward & outward motions towards the lymphatic drainage point to help stimulate blood circulation and relieve stress. To further relieve pressure points along the face and neck, press the flat edge of the stone onto the skin and hold with medium pressure.
