"I have been using this product now for 6 years, at least. Everyone who wears makeup should be using this as step 1 of a nightly double cleanse. I love the smooth and creamy texture of this product which magically melts as you massage it into your facial skin, liquifying the makeup instantly. Then, I like to use a warm wash cloth and cover my face for a minute before gently wiping away the balm and all my makeup. Do you wash your face with a cleanser after the balm, or just use the balm?
Hi! No need to use another cleanser, the balm not only removes makeup but cleans the skin.
The balm leaves my skin feeling quite nice, so I’m tempted to wash it off with the muslin and be done for the night. But! As a woman in my 50’s, I am used to a whole skin care regime. That is typically, after cleansing I would use toner, serum and night cream. What products (if any) do you suggest after using the balm for nighttime? Thank you kindly.

What’s the difference between this and the balancing gel cleanser?
Hi Jenna! The consistency is a big difference. The Radiant Cleansing Balm is emollient and used on dry skin. It turns into an oil and gently removes impurities and makeup. The Balancing Gel Cleanser is a liquid cleanser.
If I don’t use the muslin cloth (if using in the shower) do I just rinse with warm water? And what is the best way to clean the Muslin cloth? Thanks!
