After adding all your items to your shopping cart, click CHECKOUT on the shopping cart page. You will be taken to a new page to collect your contact information. On the right-hand side, you should see a box for “Gift Card or Discount Code”. Type in your code and click APPLY. Your discount should then appear below.

To register for an account, you can simply do so at checkout, or you can go on our website and click on the profile icon in the upper right corner. From there you will click REGISTER and enter your information.

To sign into your account, you click on the profile icon in the upper right corner on our website. From here you will enter your email, password, and then click SIGN IN.

You can redeem loyalty points at checkout. After signing in you will need to add the items you want to purchase to your cart. You will then click CHECKOUT. On the right hand side you should see a drop down, where you can click and choose the amount of $ off based on available points. Points do expire after 12 months. We do not have any samples available to send out. However, we have a great 30-day return policy, which allows you time to try the products. If you are unhappy with the results, you may send them back for a full refund. You can read more on our return policy here.

Yes, we have a cruelty-free philosophy. We do not conduct animal testing with our products or ingredients, nor do we ask others to test on our behalf.

Our products are not certified gluten free or vegan with the exception of our CBD Face Oil, which is certified vegan. If there is a particular product that you are interested in, we include a complete ingredient list on each product page. However, if you don’t find what you’re looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our skincare products are made using a variety of natural and botanical ingredients. Natural ingredients are not uniform. Slight changes in color or fragrance are simply a result of natural variations in the materials used to make our products. This is no way impacts the effectiveness of the ingredients

Most of our products are safe for topical use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. However, please note that it is not recommend to use any type of retinol during this time. We recommend consulting with your doctor on all your current skincare products or if you are making any changes in your skincare routine.

Afterpay

Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), or American Express and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.
You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase in-store or by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply. Click here for complete terms.

Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. Note that the length of payments will never go beyond six weeks after the purchase date. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth instalment payment and charge the remaining amount to your third payment.
