Shipping & Returns Policy
Our goal is to make sure you get your products and love them as much as we do.
Your satisfaction is important to us so if you are not pleased with your Colleen Rothschild skincare purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund or exchange on the cost of your purchase.
To qualify for a full refund the return must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the order. The product must be shipped back in its original container along with at least half of its unused contents. If an order consists of a free gift, product, or samples, they must be included in the return to receive a full refund. Please follow the return procedure as detailed below.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you insure your return and ship using USPS. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We apologize that the original and return shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

- Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Refund will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 days of the receipt of the return. An email will be sent when your refund has been processed.
- If you have any questions or concerns or are unclear as to whether or not you may qualify for a refund, contact Colleen Rothschild Customer Service at (toll free) 1-855-232-5900 or email INFO@COLLEENROTHSCHILD.COM.
- Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment and the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.
- Only products purchased online at ColleenRothschild.com may be returned for refund. If you have purchased Colleen Rothschild products through another retail location, please contact that specific retailer for their return instructions.

Orders placed by 10am CST, Monday thru Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received on the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped from Dallas, Texas USA.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
FREE shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico orders of $99.00 or more (after discount).
All other orders have a flat rate fee of $14.95. These orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within in 3-5 business days.
FREE shipping for Canada orders of $199.00 or more (after discount).
All other orders have a flat rate fee of $19.95. These packages are shipped via UPS Ground and typically arrive within in 5-10 business days.
On all orders going to Canada, the recipient is responsible for all Import Fees (e.g. customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges). On some occasions out of Colleen Rothschild Beauty’s control, Customs can delay delivery of a package up to 30 days. Refused packages will not be refunded.
All Other Countries
FREE shipping for all International orders of $299.00 or more (after discount).
All other orders have a flat rate fee of $39.95. These packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 6-10 business days.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. Recipient is responsible for all Import Fees (e.g. customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges). On some occasions out of Colleen Rothschild Beauty’s control, Customs can delay the delivery of a package up to 30 days. Refused packages will not be refunded.
Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable.
