- I have used my recently purchased Vitamin C Brightening Serum twice and I am experiencing red itchy spots scattered all over my face. Should I take a break and try again at a later date to see if this is indeed the culprit? Everything else I’ve used is and has been my normal routine for some time. Have you heard of this problem with the use of this product?
- Hi Contance! We would recommend discontinuing use and doing a test patch, maybe somewhere else to ensure you aren't allergic prior to using again.

- I used your prior vitamin C product and liked it a lot. Since you discontinued it, I’ve tried the sunday Riley vitamin c which is also 15% and has great reviews and my skin is sensitive to it. Dries it out and makes it burn sometimes with application. I’m afraid that although potentially effective, that high of concentration is a little too aggressive for my skin. How would you say this produce colored to that as I’d love to try but don’t want to purchase if I’ll have the same reaction especially for the cost of the product. Thank you!
