  • The CRB Members Only Club is our exclusive rewards program where membership means more than access, it means rewards. Earn points with every purchase and enjoy insider perks, exclusive offers, early access, and elevated benefits designed to make every Colleen Rothschild Beauty experience even more rewarding.

  • Joining the CRB Members Only Club is effortless. If you have a Colleen Rothschild Beauty account, you’re automatically enrolled. If not, you may join directly from our rewards page. Once you complete your first purchase as a member, you’ll unlock your New Member Reward and begin enjoying exclusive perks, insider benefits, and points on every purchase.

  • Previously The Beauty Capsule Loyalty Program, it has evolved into the new CRB Members Only Club. We’ve refreshed and upgraded the experience with enhanced rewards, new ways to earn, elevated member benefits, and a more seamless customer experience designed to reward you even more thoughtfully.

Earning Points

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases at ColleenRothschild.com. You can also discover even more ways to earn points by visiting the Ways to Earn section on our rewards page.

  • Yes. In addition to earning points on purchases, you can earn through a variety of member activities, including following us on Instagram or TikTok, signing up for texts, adding your birthday, leaving a review, uploading a photo review, completing our skincare quiz, and more. Visit the Ways to Earn section on our rewards page to explore all available earning opportunities.

  • All customers can earn points on eligible purchases, even without activating a loyalty account. That means you may already have points from previous orders that can be redeemed once you create and activate your account using the same email address used at checkout.

  • Yes. Points are earned on your full qualifying purchase total, including shipping charges and applicable taxes.

  • Points are awarded once your order has been marked as paid. After payment is successfully processed, your points will automatically be added to your CRB Members Only Club account.

  • Points are awarded for verified buyer reviews submitted by customers who have purchased the product. Once your review is successfully submitted and verified, the corresponding points will automatically be added to your account.

  • Share your birthday under the Ways to Earn section of our Rewards page, and during your birthday month, we’ll send a little something special your way. 

  • Yes. Points expire 1 year (365 days) after the date they are earned, so we recommend redeeming and enjoying your rewards regularly.

  • If you return an order, your points balance will be adjusted accordingly. Fully refunded orders will have all earned points removed, while partial returns will result in a points adjustment based on the amount kept after the refund.

  • As part of our new CRB Members Only Club experience, all members now earn 1 point for every $1 spent, making it easier to track and understand your rewards. While the earning structure has been simplified, we're introducing exclusive Point Multiplier Events throughout the year that give members the opportunity to earn points even faster. These special members-only events, along with new rewards, perks, and benefits, create more opportunities to maximize your membership and get rewarded for shopping with us.

Redeeming Rewards

  • When logged into your account, a dropdown menu with available discount amounts will appear at checkout, allowing you to redeem your points with ease. You can also use your points to redeem products through the Club Shop on our Rewards page.

  • No, only one money-off reward can be redeemed per order. Points-based discounts cannot be combined together within the same purchase.

  • Yes, you can redeem more than one reward product at a time. For all product redemptions, you must add at least one paid product to your cart.

Membership Levels & Milestones

  • Your member level is based on how much money you’ve spent in a year period. Each level unlocks new rewards and elevated member benefits.

  • Your member level is based on a rolling 12-month period. Once you qualify for a member level, you'll enjoy those benefits for one year from the date you qualify. At the end of your eligibility period, your membership level will be evaluated based on your spending over the previous 12 months and adjusted to the level that corresponds with your qualifying spend.

  • Think of Member Milestones as achievements earned as you explore more of the brand and build your Colleen Rothschild Beauty routine. By completing select shopping experiences and discovering new favorites, you’ll unlock bonus points along the way.

    Examples of Member Milestones include:

    • Creating a body ritual by pairing two body essentials 
    • Purchasing a curated bundle designed to work together seamlessly
    • Trying one of our newest launches and experiencing what’s new

    Each completed milestone rewards you with bonus points added directly to your account.

  • Share your unique referral link with friends and family to introduce them to Colleen Rothschild Beauty. Your friend will receive $20 off their first purchase of $75 or more, and once their qualifying order is completed, you’ll earn 400 points as a thank-you.

    Referral rewards are valid for new customers and first-time purchases only. To qualify, the referral purchase must be made using your friend’s own email address and cannot be associated with an existing customer account.
