Ageless Skincare You Need To Know

As you get older, you’ve probably noticed your interests changing. In your 20s, an outdoor music festival with your friends is exciting. By your 40s, a quiet evening in may seem more appealing!

As our skin matures, its needs change at different stages of life. Adding skin enhancing ingredients to your regimen is important to maintain a youthful, radiant appearance. It's not about hiding our age or reversing the clock - it's about aging gracefully.

So today, I’d like to share with you some tips for great skin care at any age - from 20 to 50 and beyond!

Adding Sunscreen in Your 20s
In you teens and 20s, skin regenerates super fast, and elasticity is at its best. But it’s not too early to begin treating skin to help maintain its radiant, supple glow.

At any age, it’s important to protect your skin from the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays to prevent photo-aging and wrinkles. Get in the habit of applying sunscreen NOW! Trust me, it is much easier to prevent sun spots and wrinkles than it is to get rid of them later in life.

One of the best ways to protect youthful skin is with Vitamin C, widely known for detoxifying and protecting skin’s surface from pollution and other environmental stressors.

So many people continue to struggle with those "teenage breakouts" well into their 20s. If uninvited blemishes are popping up, treat your skin with salicylic acid, which is a beta hydroxy acid known for its efficacy on acne-prone skin. It works hard on clogged pores, and its calming properties help prevent future breakouts.

For extra acne-fighting benefits, try a detoxifying mask to remove trapped dirt and debris from your pores for a more balanced complexion. Apply a layer to your face and neck 2-3 times a week. It also works great as a spot treatment!

Adding AHA in Your 30s
As you enter into your 30s, skin begins to lose collagen, making it vulnerable to premature wrinkles and fine lines. Skincare products formulated with AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids) help repair collagen deficient skin.

Adding a gentle AHA to your daily routine promotes cell turnover, which addresses issues like photo-aging, fine lines, blemishes, and dark spots. It can also help improve the overall texture and tone of skin. Overtime you may start to notice a brighter and more radiant complexion.

Now is also the time to start thinking about the delicate area around the eyes - it's usually the first spot you can see signs of aging.

Find an eye cream that provides a layer of peptides for your delicate eye contour. Again, it's all about prevention! Wrinkles, fine lines, dark circles, and puffiness are a dead giveaway for tired eyes.

Adding Retinol in Your 40s
By 40, interrupting skin’s aging process is important - and retinol is a wonderful agent for halting skin damage and retaining youthfulness.

Our unique retinol oil contains the maximum amount of retinol allowed in "over the counter" products. No skimping here! Plus, the addition of 9 plant-based oils helps restore skin’s moisture to prevent irritation and flaking that is common with many retinol products.

It may also be time to up your eye game. An eye serum with the anti-aging benefits of retinol can help reverse the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and puffiness. A supremely rich blend of retinol and vitamin C give a youthful boost to your delicate eye contour.

Adding Peptides in Your 50s and Beyond
At this stage of life, we're all looking for the miracle ingredient to keep our age a secret! Even if you have a skincare routine that has proven to work well throughout the years, aging and hormonal changes may cause a change in texture, dryness, and dullness.

Adding a peptide infused serum to your routine is one of the best ways to help turn around signs of aging skin. Peptides are the superhero of collagen production, which helps reduce environmental stress and improves skin’s surface. In this particular serum, peptides combined with effective vitamins and plant extracts is a power-punch for aging skin.

It’s never too late - or too early - to find a skincare routine that fits your lifestyle.

    Hi MH!

If you are using the Age Renewal Super Serum in the morning, use it IN PLACE of the Vitamin C Treatment Complex. And yes, you can still use your Retinol product in the evening, even if you are using the Age Renewal Super Serum in the morning. It does not contain retinol, so no need to worry about overdoing it!

Let me know if you have any other questions!

I am currently using retinol eye serum and the extreme recovery cream and the sheer renewal cream . What else should I use? I am 61.

Does the age renewal super serum go on after vitamin C, or instead of it? Also, if I used retinol in the pm, is it ok to use this in the am? Or this overkill? Thank you!
